Once I purchase, when can I begin my one-to-one classes?
After purchase, you will be taken straight to our teacher's calendar and depending on your availability you'll be able to book a class at a time that suits both you and your teacher. You can reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or through our website in the Contact Page for extra support.
What time can I arrange the classes?
You will book your classes using our appointment booking software, which enables you to choose from a selection of days and times that the teacher is available.
What technology do I need to join my classes?
To make the most out of your Swoosh English learning experience, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer, and Zoom.
Can I choose my own teacher?
You can choose your own teacher depending on their availability. All of our teachers are fully qualified and experienced in providing the highest quality OET support and feedback.
Are there any additional costs about purchasing the package?
No, aside from booking your OET exam, there will be no other costs associated with the package once you have paid for your full package. You will however have the option to purchase further 1-2-1 classes if your allowance runs out.
