One email will welcome you to your paid course and the other email will welcome you to Thinkific and will include the access to your course. To make the most out of your Swoosh English learning experience, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a computer, and Zoom.

This can be found in the yellow course on your dashboard named ‘Live Classes’. Here you can find the Zoom link. The schedule is the same every week.

Live classes vary in length from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the exam and the type of class.

If you prefer to attend the classes and just listen or ask questions through the chat, that is absolutely fine. However, we do recommend that for our mock speaking classes you try to participate and speak as much as possible, as this is an opportunity for you to practice speaking and receive feedback from the teacher.

It depends how much effort and dedication you put into your course and how much expert feedback you receive depending on which package you choose. For example, you get one month of access to our Intensive course, which is designed to be a crash course to help you pass in this time frame whereas you will get unlimited access to your materials until you pass with our VIP package and a lot of expert feedback which will help you pass faster.
