2.1. Swoosh English Refund Policy

At Swoosh English, we understand that you may require a refund in certain situations. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a request.

2.2. Refund Eligibility by Course Type

Standard Courses ($99–$299): Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to a $30 administration fee. No refunds after

7 days.

VIP Courses ($300–$700): Refund requests are accepted within 7 days if no more than one 1:1 class has been used, subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds after 7 days or if two or more 1:1 classes have been used.

One-to-One Course Packages ($300–$1500): Refund requests are accepted within 7 days if no more than one 1:1 class has been used, subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds after 7 days or if two or more 1:1 classes have been used.

2.3. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind or personal plans.Scheduling conflicts (timetables are available before purchase). Dislike of the course format (all courses are online).Failure to follow booking instructions. Receiving confirmation that the exam is no longer required.

2.4. Flexible Course Options

Course Pause: Students facing emergencies may pause their course for up to 3 months with valid documentation.

Course Transfer: Students may transfer their course to another person within 31 days of purchase, subject to proof of eligibility.

2.5. Installment Payment Rules

All agreed installment payments must be completed, regardless of exam outcomes. Failure to complete installment payments may result in restricted access or further action.

4. Services Provided

4.1. We provide online educational services, including exam preparation courses, study materials, and tutoring. Access to certain services may be time-limited and subject to separate service agreements.

5. Payments & Fees

5.1. All payments must be made in USD ($). We accept payments via invoice, card payments, and installment plans. Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes. Additional fees may apply for missed classes, rescheduling, or access to premium materials.

6. Course Modifications: Downgrades, Upgrades and Extensions

6.1. Downgrade Policy: Swoosh English does not allow course downgrades under any circumstances.

6.2. Upgrade Policy

6.2.1. Students who wish to continue their preparation can upgrade at any time to the next course level or a higher level beyond.

The upgrade cost is simply the price difference between their current package and the chosen package above.


Example:

A student on the Accelerator ($99) course can upgrade to Deluxe ($189) by paying $90.

A student on the Deluxe ($189) course can upgrade to Premium ($279) by paying $90.

A student on the Premium ($279) course can upgrade to VIP ($359) by paying $80.

A student on the Accelerator ($99) course can upgrade to Premium ($279) by paying $180.

6.3. Extension Policy

6.3.1. If a student needs more time before upgrading, they may request a one-time 3-month extension.

6.3.2. The extension fee is 25% of the original package price (see table below).

6.3.3. After the 3-month extension, students who wish to continue must upgrade to the next package.
